@Ask_Spectrum The entire Rancho Sienna neighborhood in Georgetown TX is sick of all the outages. I have direct accounts of 30 Spectrum customers all complaining of intermittent disconnects. When we call support, we're told that we should try reversing our ethernet cables between our Firewalls/Routers and the cable modems. Your lack of serious engagement is leading us all to conclude we should move to @Starlink . PM me if you want to try and salvage your local customer base.

@GetSpectrum @bluetoothbby You don’t care about customer’s concerns or helping them. You tell them “don’t worry if you miss the payment deadline that they can just pay the bill plus a reconnection fee and their service will be back on in an hour.” That’s not good business practice. I wish @Ask_Spectrum would provide some update on outages to customers. Just issuing a blanket statement such as you’re currently in an outage, we’re working on it, our customer service agents can’t tell you anything else so don’t ask is completely unacceptable!
