@PattieDP @Ask_Spectrum Wow wonder why they dug up your driveway. That’s awful. We just canceled our Spectrum cable but still have internet which has been dropping all day and currently not working . Just got a text saying they’re down. Good luck getting your driveway repaired.

I'm honestly tired of paying for a service I don't really get to use cause this is like the 25th outage I have had to deal with this month alone not only that it's been very sluggish but so far tonight it's been out for hours and I can't ******* work cause it's out @Ask_Spectrum

@GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum 7/20 outage since 3:00 am EST Charlotte south area (Waxhaw) internet outage. NO updates NO restoral estimate as of almost 8 pm ( 17 hrs outage!) Horrible service can't work ! Do better! @WIN_Connects time to send one of your door to door army my way ??

@samguine_ @Ask_Spectrum I had that problem with spectrum the entire time I was with them. I moved elsewhere and was able to get a different ISP. No problems with weather. Hope you can get working and don't have to use your personal time off to cover

@GetSpectrum what the heck is with this long 8-10 hour scheduled outage here in foxvalley area of WI o/n?? The only details we get are a 'planned upgrade' is this fibre install? Sad I can only converse w Ai through my spectrum n they give nothing because im 'in an outage' PLEASE.

I just had @GetSpectrum SPECTRUM employee get nasty with me because I wanted to cancel my WIFI, that they charge me $90/mth for! Suddenly because I'm canceling, he's offering me $30/mth for 3 years....because "I'm a special customer". And because "I'm the only one using it". WTF
