@LLuth72 We definitely understand the frustration. In order to look into this and find out what's going on, we'd have to get personal account information to access your services. We ask that you do so privately by messaging us via DM. A Direct Message (DM) is a private message sent through X (Twitter). I hate @GetSpectrum internet. For 3 days they've cut our service all day long to replace the cables. Like people ain't got **** to do that requires internet. Now, the workers are gone, the internet is still out, and the house smart panel won't stop beeping. 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

@Ask_Spectrum Spectrum broadband Internet has been down for over 30 hours. No ETA. I called and even went to a local store and no one had any information at all. I can't even tell if it's maybe just my residence and they're considering it not important?

Today’s show might be up a bit late because the internet cut out AGAIN in the fifth attempt at recording the show. @GetSpectrum you’re the worst

Perrysburg Spectrum outages — local patterns

Charter Spectrum's Perrysburg, OH footprint is part of a larger Ohio plant built on broad Midwest plant across Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, and surrounding cities. The most frequent outage drivers here are ice storms, severe thunderstorms, and aging aerial segments in older cable markets. When report volume rises across neighborhoods such as central, the live console usually lights up before Spectrum's own status tools catch every local node. Watch ZIP codes like 43551 for the earliest neighborhood spikes.

How to check Spectrum outages in Perrysburg

Confirm whether Spectrum is down in Perrysburg in under 5 minutes.

  1. 1. Check the live Perrysburg map

Look at the live status on this page. Report volume above the baseline for Perrysburg means an active outage.

  2. 2. Verify with your ZIP

Enter your ZIP to see localized report volume across Perrysburg instead of the broader total.

  3. 3. Rule out your equipment

Only reboot your modem (unplug 60 seconds) if the map is quiet. If reports are spiking, the issue is upstream and a reboot won't help.

  4. 4. Report your outage

Submit a report so other Perrysburg customers can confirm they're not alone.

  5. 5. Request a bill credit

If the outage lasts more than a couple of hours, contact Spectrum with the start time and your service address to request a prorated credit.

Spectrum not working in Perrysburg? Troubleshoot it in order

Separate a local Perrysburg Spectrum fault from a problem inside your own home.

  1. 1. No internet at all, modem online light off or blinking

Check the live Perrysburg status first. If reports are climbing, the issue is Spectrum's plant — a reboot cannot fix it, so log a report and wait for restoration.

  2. 2. Internet is connected but nothing loads

Compare against the map: quiet map in Perrysburg means power-cycle the modem for 60 seconds and let it re-sync for 2–3 minutes; busy map means the fault is on Spectrum's side.

  3. 3. WiFi works, but only some devices lose service

Router-side issue local to your home, not a network outage. Reboot the router only (not the modem), reconnect on the 5 GHz SSID, then re-test. Flat Perrysburg reports confirm it is inside your home.

  4. 4. TV or cable box out, internet fine

A video-tier fault scoped to the Perrysburg headend rather than the data plant. If TV report volume is spiking on its own, no equipment reset is needed.

  5. 5. Service drops repeatedly for a few minutes at a time

Intermittent ingress on plant is common during storms. Log each drop with timestamps from this page, then request a line technician referencing the Perrysburg report pattern.

  6. 6. Whole street is out and utility power is also down

Grid event — Spectrum amplifiers draw power from the same feeders. Spectrum service in Perrysburg typically returns shortly after grid power is back. This is usually a local plant issue, not your modem.

The outage information on this page is based on user reports and local service indicators.
