  @GetSpectrum my internet quit tonight. I’ve spent a good deal of time troubleshooting with no luck. I scheduled a technician to help. They won’t be available until Sunday afternoon. That’s insane. I would assume I will be at least reimbursed for the days I have no internet.

  @PattieDP @Ask_Spectrum Wow wonder why they dug up your driveway. That’s awful. We just canceled our Spectrum cable but still have internet which has been dropping all day and currently not working . Just got a text saying they’re down. Good luck getting your driveway repaired.

  @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum 7/20 outage since 3:00 am EST Charlotte south area (Waxhaw) internet outage. NO updates NO restoral estimate as of almost 8 pm ( 17 hrs outage!) Horrible service can't work ! Do better! @WIN_Connects time to send one of your door to door army my way ??
