And please heed MY cautionary tale of a HORRIBLE TECH COMPANY! THEY "CANCELED" MY NON-EXISTENT SERVICES TODAY. IM SURE NEXT THEY WILL SEND ME TO Collections FOR Charges THEY SHOULD NOT BE ASKING FOR.   @Ask_Spectrum I did that and got no help! She was very nice but still the price just seems ridiculous for just basic internet. Started at 39.99 jumped to 59.99 now went to a gouging 84.99 all within a couple years.

  I would love it if @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum would let you actually speak to someone on chat. It just keeps asking to reset my modem, which I've done multiple times. This is a monopoly through and through and the worst customer service. Please, someone, fix my internet.

  @GetSpectrum I watch every one of his streams & your wifi is so bad. Yes, he has a lot of stuff going on in order to stream live but for what he pays it should not be this terrible. No one else is using up bandwith in the household either. That's wild. Please rectify it.

  @GoldieLocks1776 @GetSpectrum Not so far but it’s only been a couple months. Our next door neighbors have had it for years and said no issues ever.
