@ATT John Stankey confirmed what our data shows: FWA capacity isn't infinite, and consumer mobile gets prioritized. Where FWA is constrained in rural markets, Starlink takes the customer. Where @GetSpectrum brings fiber, Starlink loses that customer. #FWA #Broadband

@Ask_Spectrum Actually you all just recite corporate bull crap instead of helping paying customers. Otherwise I wouldn't have had to deal with this worthless internet since February. Also it's my only option so your company doesn't care in the slightest.

@Ask_Spectrum I'm talking about no DVR functionality streaming Dodgers from SportsNetLA on Roku device. We're not about to order cable service from you when Frontier FIOS is much faster and synchronous.

@GetSpectrum so I’m curious, is this the training you give your customer service reps or is this an extenuating circumstance? Either way, disabled people deserve respect and your team in Decatur AL should be ashamed of themselves.

@DisneyPlus@Disney I’m in Tampa with @GetSpectrum tv. They gave us the Disney channel but it’s almost unwatchable. The spinning blue circle will lock up what I’m watching. The audio will continue but the show is frozen. How do I fix this problem?

@Ask_Spectrum is by far the worst internet service in the world. I advise everyone in LA to stay away from this company full of scammers.

@GetSpectrum why do I have sales people callig me at 8:45 pm asking me to break my current contract for internet? It's almost 9 at night and they have music blaring in the background? What the actual ****?

@Ask_Spectrum over a dozen outages in less than a year in East TX. Most of those multiple hours. Get it together or all the rural people yall spent millions on to get service to will easily swap back to Starlink.

Charter Spectrum's Horseshoe Bend, AR footprint is part of a larger Arkansas plant built on a mix of aerial and underground plant across the Spectrum footprint. The most frequent outage drivers here are severe weather, planned overnight node maintenance, backbone fiber cuts from construction, and utility power events that take amplifiers offline. When report volume rises across neighborhoods such as central, the live console usually lights up before Spectrum's own status tools catch every local node. Watch ZIP codes like 72512 for the earliest neighborhood spikes.

Spectrum not working in Horseshoe Bend? Troubleshoot it in order
Separate a local Horseshoe Bend Spectrum fault from a problem inside your own home.
1. No internet at all, modem online light off or blinking
Check the live Horseshoe Bend status first. If reports are climbing, the issue is Spectrum's plant — a reboot cannot fix it, so log a report and wait for restoration.
2. Internet is connected but nothing loads
Compare against the map: quiet map in Horseshoe Bend means power-cycle the modem for 60 seconds and let it re-sync for 2–3 minutes; busy map means the fault is on Spectrum's side.
3. WiFi works, but only some devices lose service
Router-side issue local to your home, not a network outage. Reboot the router only (not the modem), reconnect on the 5 GHz SSID, then re-test. Flat Horseshoe Bend reports confirm it is inside your home.
4. TV or cable box out, internet fine
A video-tier fault scoped to the Horseshoe Bend headend rather than the data plant. If TV report volume is spiking on its own, no equipment reset is needed.
5. Service drops repeatedly for a few minutes at a time
Intermittent ingress on plant is common during storms. Log each drop with timestamps from this page, then request a line technician referencing the Horseshoe Bend report pattern.
6. Whole street is out and utility power is also down
Grid event — Spectrum amplifiers draw power from the same feeders. Spectrum service in Horseshoe Bend typically returns shortly after grid power is back. This is usually a local plant issue, not your modem.
