@Ask_Spectrum The entire Rancho Sienna neighborhood in Georgetown TX is sick of all the outages. I have direct accounts of 30 Spectrum customers all complaining of intermittent disconnects. When we call support, we're told that we should try reversing our ethernet cables between our Firewalls/Routers and the cable modems. Your lack of serious engagement is leading us all to conclude we should move to @Starlink . PM me if you want to try and salvage your local customer base.

Wi-Fi not working - Modem shows red light. Was notified at 1:37pm that it was due to power outage and that I'd be notified when it is restored. Haven't had any communication since. No updates no nothing. Friends of mine live close by who also have spectrum internet, guess what, there internet is working fine. Fix it or I'll take legal action.
