@adams4SC5 @GoKineticFiber @GetSpectrum Been on the ground for months? New one installed on the pole? Why hasn't someone in your neighborhood put it in the garbage yet?

@GetSpectrum @bluetoothbby You don’t care about customer’s concerns or helping them. You tell them “don’t worry if you miss the payment deadline that they can just pay the bill plus a reconnection fee and their service will be back on in an hour.” That’s not good business practice. Spectrum is trash!!

@getspectrum Why would anyone sign up with you. I had 500gb service for internet for which you happily charged me $90+. When I switched to Fidium for four times the speed for $45 guaranteed for years, you suddenly were willing to decrease your price to 20$

I called with issues with my daughter's phone and explained she will be leaving the country at the end of the week with military service. Once the rep heard military she bent over backwards to help. Less than 48 hours later the issues were resolved. Thank you! @GetSpectrum

@jeannieturfmom@GetSpectrum We don't have a ton of options. One option is down more than it's on (and it's $100), the other we got rid of after it went out during the semi finals of Michigan's natty run (football)

@Ask_Spectrum Oh that’s real slick. People who do paperless billing don’t look at statements. And your solution is to sign up for services I don’t want to save a couple bucks now but I will have to pay for those next year when the promo ends. Times are tough, stop screwing people over.

@GetSpectrum boy you guys are really having some ******* problems, aren’t ya …. How about a ******* refund since I’ve been dealing with this **** all week
Naima(@Neematessa) reported40 minutes ago
@Ask_Spectrum And DO NOT give me the “Please DM”. This is not something I need a technician to interrupt my day with, again. They have been here, they tested everything, they already know the node is unstable. Fix it.

@NYCMayor@GetSpectrum is particularly bad about not allowing new yorkers to cancel their services. Forcing them to call or wait in store for hours on end to be able to end service. No ability to cancel on their website.

@Ask_Spectrum The entire Rancho Sienna neighborhood in Georgetown TX is sick of all the outages. I have direct accounts of 30 Spectrum customers all complaining of intermittent disconnects. When we call support, we're told that we should try reversing our ethernet cables between our Firewalls/Routers and the cable modems. Your lack of serious engagement is leading us all to conclude we should move to @Starlink . PM me if you want to try and salvage your local customer base.

@Ask_Spectrum What I mean by that is the AI isn’t learning and adapting as the questions come in. Just like the problem Apple had with Siri. Very limited in its responses due to it not being able to learn.

@Ask_Spectrum Yes. Take a look at the outage in my area and fix it. And I don't know... maybe you should have added some batteries or a generator to keep it from happening again?

Charter Spectrum's Haddon Heights, NJ footprint is part of a larger New Jersey plant built on a mix of aerial and underground plant across the Spectrum footprint. The most frequent outage drivers here are severe weather, planned overnight node maintenance, backbone fiber cuts from construction, and utility power events that take amplifiers offline. When report volume rises across neighborhoods such as central, the live console usually lights up before Spectrum's own status tools catch every local node. Watch ZIP codes like 08035 for the earliest neighborhood spikes.

Spectrum not working in Haddon Heights? Troubleshoot it in order
Separate a local Haddon Heights Spectrum fault from a problem inside your own home.
1. No internet at all, modem online light off or blinking
Check the live Haddon Heights status first. If reports are climbing, the issue is Spectrum's plant — a reboot cannot fix it, so log a report and wait for restoration.
2. Internet is connected but nothing loads
Compare against the map: quiet map in Haddon Heights means power-cycle the modem for 60 seconds and let it re-sync for 2–3 minutes; busy map means the fault is on Spectrum's side.
3. WiFi works, but only some devices lose service
Router-side issue local to your home, not a network outage. Reboot the router only (not the modem), reconnect on the 5 GHz SSID, then re-test. Flat Haddon Heights reports confirm it is inside your home.
4. TV or cable box out, internet fine
A video-tier fault scoped to the Haddon Heights headend rather than the data plant. If TV report volume is spiking on its own, no equipment reset is needed.
5. Service drops repeatedly for a few minutes at a time
Intermittent ingress on plant is common during storms. Log each drop with timestamps from this page, then request a line technician referencing the Haddon Heights report pattern.
6. Whole street is out and utility power is also down
Grid event — Spectrum amplifiers draw power from the same feeders. Spectrum service in Haddon Heights typically returns shortly after grid power is back. This is usually a local plant issue, not your modem.
