@ATT John Stankey confirmed what our data shows: FWA capacity isn't infinite, and consumer mobile gets prioritized. Where FWA is constrained in rural markets, Starlink takes the customer. Where @GetSpectrum brings fiber, Starlink loses that customer. #FWA #Broadband

@Ask_Spectrum I don’t think you’re service can be fixed. I’d like to just change provider but I’m stuck with you

No internet at home this morning. 😒🙄 Apparently @GetSpectrum has been playing games trying to boost the speed from 400mbps to 500mbps by changing the frequency or some such nonsense. 🙄 Doesn't appear to be working to well. Keep losing my connection multiple times per day. 🫤 I pay these knuckleheads $90 per month for unreliable internet, ever since they started playing these increase the speed games. Worst part is I live in an apartment building so there is only so much they can do since the

@amelia_tweetz My mother pays $330/month for cable/internet. @GetSpectrum won’t help lower the bill and she’s tried to return her cable boxes several times but they said the boxes weren’t in the system yet they charge for them

@adams4SC5@GoKineticFiber@GetSpectrum Been on the ground for months? New one installed on the pole? Why hasn't someone in your neighborhood put it in the garbage yet?

@Ask_Spectrum over a dozen outages in less than a year in East TX. Most of those multiple hours. Get it together or all the rural people yall spent millions on to get service to will easily swap back to Starlink.

@Ask_Spectrum This is America where the official language is English - not Spanish - so there should be NO REASON for me to have to update or choose anything unless I were Mexican, like your head marketing executive. Until she understands this, I won't be a customer.

@Ask_Spectrum I'm talking about no DVR functionality streaming Dodgers from SportsNetLA on Roku device. We're not about to order cable service from you when Frontier FIOS is much faster and synchronous.

Charter Spectrum's Fort Huachuca, AZ footprint is part of a larger Arizona plant built on a mix of aerial and underground plant across the Spectrum footprint. The most frequent outage drivers here are severe weather, planned overnight node maintenance, backbone fiber cuts from construction, and utility power events that take amplifiers offline. When report volume rises across neighborhoods such as central, the live console usually lights up before Spectrum's own status tools catch every local node. Watch ZIP codes like 85613 for the earliest neighborhood spikes.

Spectrum not working in Fort Huachuca? Troubleshoot it in order
Separate a local Fort Huachuca Spectrum fault from a problem inside your own home.
1. No internet at all, modem online light off or blinking
Check the live Fort Huachuca status first. If reports are climbing, the issue is Spectrum's plant — a reboot cannot fix it, so log a report and wait for restoration.
2. Internet is connected but nothing loads
Compare against the map: quiet map in Fort Huachuca means power-cycle the modem for 60 seconds and let it re-sync for 2–3 minutes; busy map means the fault is on Spectrum's side.
3. WiFi works, but only some devices lose service
Router-side issue local to your home, not a network outage. Reboot the router only (not the modem), reconnect on the 5 GHz SSID, then re-test. Flat Fort Huachuca reports confirm it is inside your home.
4. TV or cable box out, internet fine
A video-tier fault scoped to the Fort Huachuca headend rather than the data plant. If TV report volume is spiking on its own, no equipment reset is needed.
5. Service drops repeatedly for a few minutes at a time
Intermittent ingress on plant is common during storms. Log each drop with timestamps from this page, then request a line technician referencing the Fort Huachuca report pattern.
6. Whole street is out and utility power is also down
Grid event — Spectrum amplifiers draw power from the same feeders. Spectrum service in Fort Huachuca typically returns shortly after grid power is back. This is usually a local plant issue, not your modem.
