@Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum Spectrum really screwed me over. I canceled all my services on May 28. I’ve already switched to another provider. They still charged me for the next two months for services I wasn’t even using and refused to reimburse me for service that was never rendered. I’m already struggling financially and this just made it worse. Not cool at all.

20 plus minutes to cancel service to @GetSpectrum is beyond ridiculous. I don’t need the whole spill about this and that. Just cancel my damn service like I asked a thousand time 😡

@Ask_Spectrum How long do you think I should wait to call Nick back though? I mean he just called the other day and I don't want to seem like too needy but on the other hand I mean I feel bad about having left Spectrum lol

AND HERE WE ARE AGAIN! @GetSpectrum @SpectrumBiz All they do is lie. They've now surpassed AT&T in my mind as the worst telecom company on the planet. Absolute joke of a company. Buyer beware!!

@IamBirdMomma@GetSpectrum@Starlink We lose signal briefly when it rains really hard. When we lose power the whole house generator kicks on and the reboot is quick. Love Starlink!

Is there a knowing outage in Citrus Springs, Florida? Internet has been out since last nighy @Ask_Spectrum
Roger Entner(@RogerEntner) reported40 minutes ago
@ATT John Stankey confirmed what our data shows: FWA capacity isn't infinite, and consumer mobile gets prioritized. Where FWA is constrained in rural markets, Starlink takes the customer. Where @GetSpectrum brings fiber, Starlink loses that customer. #FWA#Broadband

@Ask_Spectrum Thank you I spoke with one of your texts over the phone and he said what my buddy said on the corporate side said when I told him I was thinking of switching to Verizon for them because this problem is so prominent you don’t wanna have Internet from a phone company

Calling to cancel my #spectrum internet, if they would have tried to keep me this hard last week when I called them to lower my bill I may not have switched to @att but last week could not have cared if I stayed or left. @GetSpectrum

Charter Spectrum's Fedscreek, KY footprint is part of a larger Kentucky plant built on a mix of aerial and underground plant across the Spectrum footprint. The most frequent outage drivers here are severe weather, planned overnight node maintenance, backbone fiber cuts from construction, and utility power events that take amplifiers offline. When report volume rises across neighborhoods such as central, the live console usually lights up before Spectrum's own status tools catch every local node. Watch ZIP codes like 41524 for the earliest neighborhood spikes.

Spectrum not working in Fedscreek? Troubleshoot it in order
Separate a local Fedscreek Spectrum fault from a problem inside your own home.
1. No internet at all, modem online light off or blinking
Check the live Fedscreek status first. If reports are climbing, the issue is Spectrum's plant — a reboot cannot fix it, so log a report and wait for restoration.
2. Internet is connected but nothing loads
Compare against the map: quiet map in Fedscreek means power-cycle the modem for 60 seconds and let it re-sync for 2–3 minutes; busy map means the fault is on Spectrum's side.
3. WiFi works, but only some devices lose service
Router-side issue local to your home, not a network outage. Reboot the router only (not the modem), reconnect on the 5 GHz SSID, then re-test. Flat Fedscreek reports confirm it is inside your home.
4. TV or cable box out, internet fine
A video-tier fault scoped to the Fedscreek headend rather than the data plant. If TV report volume is spiking on its own, no equipment reset is needed.
5. Service drops repeatedly for a few minutes at a time
Intermittent ingress on plant is common during storms. Log each drop with timestamps from this page, then request a line technician referencing the Fedscreek report pattern.
6. Whole street is out and utility power is also down
Grid event — Spectrum amplifiers draw power from the same feeders. Spectrum service in Fedscreek typically returns shortly after grid power is back. This is usually a local plant issue, not your modem.
