@BeefStewtoo @GetSpectrum Broooo... They ******* suck nuts man. I have them in Columbus, OH. My Internet goes out EVERY friggin night for like half an hour to an hour. Idk what they use for their signal, but when it rains - Internet goes out. Horrible broadband. Definitely gotta have a hot spot.

@Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum Internet is out. Have had to use my hot spot. However, ran out of data and now getting throttled. So, your system is down and I’m getting penalized. Nice. CSR had audacity to try to upsell me to higher data cap. Totally unacceptable.

20 plus minutes to cancel service to @GetSpectrum is beyond ridiculous. I don’t need the whole spill about this and that. Just cancel my damn service like I asked a thousand time 😡

@Ask_Spectrum Oh that’s real slick. People who do paperless billing don’t look at statements. And your solution is to sign up for services I don’t want to save a couple bucks now but I will have to pay for those next year when the promo ends. Times are tough, stop screwing people over.

@ATT John Stankey confirmed what our data shows: FWA capacity isn't infinite, and consumer mobile gets prioritized. Where FWA is constrained in rural markets, Starlink takes the customer. Where @GetSpectrum brings fiber, Starlink loses that customer. #FWA#Broadband

@Ask_Spectrum This is America where the official language is English - not Spanish - so there should be NO REASON for me to have to update or choose anything unless I were Mexican, like your head marketing executive. Until she understands this, I won't be a customer.

@Ask_Spectrum And DO NOT give me the “Please DM”. This is not something I need a technician to interrupt my day with, again. They have been here, they tested everything, they already know the node is unstable. Fix it.

@moellermania@Ask_Spectrum Well it’s 7/27 2026. Spectrum after many hours and interactions with the store. Online, technician still can’ fix my problem I would go with ATT or other services.

@GetSpectrum I upgraded to the best Internet you offer with the $10/mo for protection if power goes out. I’ve had at-least 10 Internet outages but never a power outage. Even with Ethernet, I get intermittent lag spikes while gaming. I really hope this upgrade fixes that because @TMobile is looking good rn 👀

@Ask_Spectrum over a dozen outages in less than a year in East TX. Most of those multiple hours. Get it together or all the rural people yall spent millions on to get service to will easily swap back to Starlink.

@Ask_Spectrum Spectrum broadband Internet has been down for over 30 hours. No ETA. I called and even went to a local store and no one had any information at all. I can't even tell if it's maybe just my residence and they're considering it not important?
Big Guy(@MrBryanChardum) reported52 minutes ago
@amelia_tweetz My mother pays $330/month for cable/internet. @GetSpectrum won’t help lower the bill and she’s tried to return her cable boxes several times but they said the boxes weren’t in the system yet they charge for them

@GetSpectrum@Ask_Spectrum They don't care because they don't have to. Terrible systems and embarrassing customer service. I am stuck with them.

Charter Spectrum's Clark, SD footprint is part of a larger South Dakota plant built on a mix of aerial and underground plant across the Spectrum footprint. The most frequent outage drivers here are severe weather, planned overnight node maintenance, backbone fiber cuts from construction, and utility power events that take amplifiers offline. When report volume rises across neighborhoods such as central, the live console usually lights up before Spectrum's own status tools catch every local node. Watch ZIP codes like 57225 for the earliest neighborhood spikes.

Spectrum not working in Clark? Troubleshoot it in order
Separate a local Clark Spectrum fault from a problem inside your own home.
1. No internet at all, modem online light off or blinking
Check the live Clark status first. If reports are climbing, the issue is Spectrum's plant — a reboot cannot fix it, so log a report and wait for restoration.
2. Internet is connected but nothing loads
Compare against the map: quiet map in Clark means power-cycle the modem for 60 seconds and let it re-sync for 2–3 minutes; busy map means the fault is on Spectrum's side.
3. WiFi works, but only some devices lose service
Router-side issue local to your home, not a network outage. Reboot the router only (not the modem), reconnect on the 5 GHz SSID, then re-test. Flat Clark reports confirm it is inside your home.
4. TV or cable box out, internet fine
A video-tier fault scoped to the Clark headend rather than the data plant. If TV report volume is spiking on its own, no equipment reset is needed.
5. Service drops repeatedly for a few minutes at a time
Intermittent ingress on plant is common during storms. Log each drop with timestamps from this page, then request a line technician referencing the Clark report pattern.
6. Whole street is out and utility power is also down
Grid event — Spectrum amplifiers draw power from the same feeders. Spectrum service in Clark typically returns shortly after grid power is back. This is usually a local plant issue, not your modem.
