Internet only - Last week, crews were out here doing something with the neighborhood cable. Everything had been running fine until last week (They day they finished and packed up), when the video started getting choppy and jittery. The audio is fine, it's just the video that has the issue. I reset the cable box by turning it off then back on, that did not help the issue.

Internet only - Our computer's video lags way behind the audio. Audio seems to be fine. No audio jitter or fallout. However, the video is very choppy and lags behind as much as a minute or two.

The live console on this page shows real-time Spectrum outage reports for Cibolo. Green means no recent reports, amber means a handful of Cibolo customers are reporting problems, and red means major outage activity across the metro. Check the map and neighborhood grid below for ZIP-level detail.
Charter Spectrum's Cibolo, TX footprint is part of a larger Texas plant built on large metro footprints across Houston, Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, and San Antonio. The most frequent outage drivers here are severe thunderstorms, ice storms, heat-related equipment stress, and construction fiber cuts. When report volume rises across neighborhoods such as central, the live console usually lights up before Spectrum's own status tools catch every local node. Watch ZIP codes like 78108 for the earliest neighborhood spikes.

1. Check the live Cibolo map
Look at the live status on this page. Report volume above the baseline for Cibolo means an active outage.
2. Verify with your ZIP
Enter your ZIP to see localized report volume across Cibolo instead of the broader total.
3. Rule out your equipment
Only reboot your modem (unplug 60 seconds) if the map is quiet. If reports are spiking, the issue is upstream and a reboot won't help.
4. Report your outage
Submit a report so other Cibolo customers can confirm they're not alone.
5. Request a bill credit
If the outage lasts more than a couple of hours, contact Spectrum with the start time and your service address to request a prorated credit.
Separate a local Cibolo Spectrum fault from a problem inside your own home.
1. No internet at all, modem online light off or blinking
Check the live Cibolo status first. If reports are climbing, the issue is Spectrum's plant — a reboot cannot fix it, so log a report and wait for restoration.
2. Internet is connected but nothing loads
Compare against the map: quiet map in Cibolo means power-cycle the modem for 60 seconds and let it re-sync for 2–3 minutes; busy map means the fault is on Spectrum's side.
3. WiFi works, but only some devices lose service
Router-side issue local to your home, not a network outage. Reboot the router only (not the modem), reconnect on the 5 GHz SSID, then re-test. Flat Cibolo reports confirm it is inside your home.
4. TV or cable box out, internet fine
A video-tier fault scoped to the Cibolo headend rather than the data plant. If TV report volume is spiking on its own, no equipment reset is needed.
5. Service drops repeatedly for a few minutes at a time
Intermittent ingress on plant is common during storms. Log each drop with timestamps from this page, then request a line technician referencing the Cibolo report pattern.
6. Whole street is out and utility power is also down
Grid event — Spectrum amplifiers draw power from the same feeders. Spectrum service in Cibolo typically returns shortly after grid power is back. This is usually a local plant issue, not your modem.
The outage information on this page is based on user reports and local service indicators.
