Update: @GetSpectrum contacted me that very night via DM, and called me the next morning to schedule a time to come to our house. They arrived here today on time, and were very thorough trying to figure out the issue. We had a wire outside that was chewed on by squirrels and a box that had rust inside. @Ask_Spectrum The entire Rancho Sienna neighborhood in Georgetown TX is sick of all the outages. I have direct accounts of 30 Spectrum customers all complaining of intermittent disconnects. When we call support, we're told that we should try reversing our ethernet cables between our Firewalls/Routers and the cable modems. Your lack of serious engagement is leading us all to conclude we should move to @Starlink . PM me if you want to try and salvage your local customer base.
