We moved my father-in-law into a home in our neighborhood this weekend. And while setting up his wifi I had to massively update my priors. @GetSpectrum no longer charges monthly for modems/routers, and provides an actually good tri-band wifi 7 router for free. You can even pay $5/mo to get an extender (that has 3 ethernet ports to hard-wire it and additional devices around it!). @MeyerShankRac @GetSpectrum Prob not the best sponsorship to be proud of. They literally operate illegally as a monopoly. $140/mo for $80 service solely because they're the only one in the region. Then they don't even provide the $80 service. 20mbps for $140/mo at the moment. Absolutwly illegal.

@Ask_Spectrum That doesn't work for me. There are NO details. It's not a technical problem. Whoever programmed the new Guide saw fit to not include date and day on the screen. It was on the old Guide screen. Kinda dumb.
