  Ok @GetSpectrum is there an outage going on around East Tennessee? Internet started not working after a huge storm earlier and now the WiFi isn’t connecting to the internet despite me being connected to the WiFi. Phone not loading stuff, ring doorbell offline. What is happening?

  @Ask_Spectrum I reached out to you in DM & you couldn’t do anything except tell me you can’t see the entire cancellation conversation I already had & that I should waste more of my time calling again. I asked for a supervisor to call me back & got ZIP. This is part of why I cancel Spectrum.

  @GetSpectrum my internet quit tonight. I’ve spent a good deal of time troubleshooting with no luck. I scheduled a technician to help. They won’t be available until Sunday afternoon. That’s insane. I would assume I will be at least reimbursed for the days I have no internet.

  @GoldieLocks1776 @GetSpectrum The CATV /Fiber company I worked for never did major outage updates, headend equipment etc , till after midnight. That said we did do some RF upgrades that had certain areas on and off all day till the line equipment was swapped out in that area. 7am till 6PM

And please heed MY cautionary tale of a HORRIBLE TECH COMPANY! THEY "CANCELED" MY NON-EXISTENT SERVICES TODAY. IM SURE NEXT THEY WILL SEND ME TO Collections FOR Charges THEY SHOULD NOT BE ASKING FOR. Here it is- I sent another DM. Still no reply. Oh but my "service" got turned off. You all REFUSE TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT BUT TELL ME MY SERVICE IS INTERRUP

Lisa has gone well out of her way and made every extra effort for me, a long time customer. Not many customer service people in this day and age does what she did.   @TheSnazzzyRock @GetSpectrum Deadass I’ve had the same thing happen (internet just goes out all the time, same time). I switched to google fiber and haven’t had an issue since. Spec-**** is ***. Pun intended.

  @Ask_Spectrum I have a full home generator, providing power to my home is not my issue. My issue is YOU not providing internet. It’s you that don’t have any back up infrastructure to continue providing internet to your customers and that’s ridiculous!
